WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?
At ToteCampingGear.com you take advantage of our direct relationship with the manufacturers.  We bring you their best products via the internet, and they ship those products directly to your door.  This completely eliminates the retail store, and all those costly retail "overhead" markups are gone forever!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return most items within 30 days of receipt.  Returns must be in NEW salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing and require a Return Authorization Number.  You are responsible for return shipping and any shipping charges are not refundable except in the case of defective merchandise. (Please note...we do NOT resell returned merchandise here on our web site).  Special order items, Sleeping bags and Tents are not returnable. Contact us with specific questions.  All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery.  Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected.   All claims associated with damaged package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup arranged  through respected shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT ORDER?
Virtually all our products leave the warehouse in 3 to 5 business days after you order; many times it's faster than that.  After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS, Fedex shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time and the shipping method chosen, is from one to seven business days within the USA, longer for international shipments.

DO YOU WARRANTY YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control,  For most merchandise, items are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year.   Warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damage caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.   If by chance you receive a product which is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive.  If your product is damaged in shipping, please notify Fed-Ex or USP immediately.   For most merchandise, items are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year.  Contact us with specific questions. ( Further specific instructions will be given within 1-3 business days).  Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU USE?
We accept Visa, Master card, Discovery,  American Express or Personal checks.  When you place your order, you will be charged the price of the merchandise as well as any service, shipping, or other charges that are applicable.  Immediately following receipt of your order we will send order confirmation via e-mail. 

CAN I PAY WITH PERSONAL CHECK?
Yes! Just select Sending Check from the payment options. All checks should be made out to ToteCampingGear.com and must arrive within 1 week of your order date.   Keep in mind that checks take 7-10 days to clear and your order will not ship until the check clears.
